Northside Community Resources’ Housing Program helps tenants and their families secure safe, stable, affordable housing on Chicago’s North side. Dedicated staff educate tenants and landlords on their rights and responsibilities under the Chicago Residential Landlord Tenant Ordinance and work to resolve conflicts and rental housing problems, all to build a greater Chicago. It originated as the Rogers Park Community Council’s Housing Conservation Program in 1967.
